This division specializes in managing pledge calls for prominent organizations. These calls are inbound, meaning you won’t be initiating any outbound calls. Each interaction is guided by a scripted process, where you’ll assist individuals looking to make a pledge donation to the campaign of their choice. With campaigns running 24/7, 365 days a year, you have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to your preferences. Expect peak call volumes during evening hours and weekends, providing ample opportunities to maximize your earnings while accommodating your lifestyle.
We’re looking for individuals who are self-starters, driven, and adept at following instructions. Certification is self-paced, with most agents completing it in 3-5 days (although you have up to 14 days to finish). No phone line is necessary for this role. To join our team, you must pass a background check with no felonies and commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
PC Requirements:
- Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel ” i ” class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
- 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.
- 4 GB of RAM or better
- USB VoIP Headset.
- Windows 10 or 11
- Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload
- Chromebooks and Apple products are not compatible
Pay Rate & Information
Client requests agents service at least 10 hours per week.
Starting Pay: $0.25- 0.32 per talk minute based on performance (Average $11-19 per hour)
The job pays $0.25 per talk minute which increases to $0.35 per talk minute based on your productivity.
Average pay is $11.80 per hour (this is a per-talk-minute client), the higher the call volume, the more you are paid.
